Conditions for tour refund/cancellation once you have booked the trip

Cancellation of all services by tour participants must be sent and received in hard copy or email. The company does not accept requests to cancel services over the phone.

The Company is not responsible for any service cancellation requests that have not been received or reconfirmed with you. In this case, service cancellation or tour cancellation fees will apply.

1. Domestic tour

(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

If you cancel the tour, you pay the following tour cancellation fees:

- Cancellation of tour after registration:  30% of tour price.

- 20 days before departure date: 50% of tour price.

- 10-19 days before departure: 75% of tour price.

- 0-10 days before departure date: 100% of tour price.

If you have objective personal factors, please notify us 5 days in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & holidays, so that the company can assist in resolving the matter.

Note:

For customers who register for a tour by air, if they cancel the tour immediately after registration, they will lose 100% of the airfare.

2. Overseas tour

Tours: Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia
(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

If you cancel the tour, you pay the following tour cancellation fees:

- Immediately after registering for the tour: No deposit refund.

- 30 days before departure: (excluding Saturday and Sunday): 70% of tour price.

- 29 days before departure date: (excluding Saturday and Sunday): 100% of tour price.

Note :

- The order of attractions can be changed to suit the actual situation but still ensures full implementation of the program content.

- You are solely responsible if you are refused entry to the host country (100% of the Tour fee + incidental expenses, if any) will be lost.
