Quang noodles - A unique creation of the Quang people
One day, walking quietly in the middle of bustling streets and cars, suddenly I wanted to see the rustic silhouette of Quang land again, somewhere I heard the song "Thuong nhau mut chen che xanh. Lam to mi quang de anh an cung." That is truly a wonderful thing because for a long time, Quang noodles - a typical dish of the land that is the capital of Dang Trong - have followed the people of Quang Nam - Da Nang and spread everywhere from South to North. Perhaps we have more or less tasted this dish called Quang noodles in many places such as Binh Thuan, Saigon, Da Lat,... but in our hearts we still want that for one day to enjoy the famous Quang noodles right away in the Quang.
